Manufacturing

In order to control price, quality, process and a very exacting attention for detail, we manufacture at our own, state of the art, purpose-built factory in Guangzhou, China.

We combine CNC 5 axis sliding head lathes with CNC milling, EDM wire-cutting with precision coining and laser engraving. Our teams of highly trained engineers and craftsmen integrate detailed mechanisms alongside beautiful luxury finishes.

Our Process

  • Design Engineering

    From the 3D rendering in the design phase we then move the development to our workshops where the engineers can start to refine the detailed production process steps and components required to realize your product. At this point, target prices and volumes are considered carefully.

  • Precision Machining

    Tolerances are carefully determined and where necessary, components are machined to meet the products requirements

  • Hand Finishing

    Our team of highly skilled craftsmen control precise assembly and beautiful finishes with exacting care.
